Our experienced Staff will help you choose the best combination for your needs. Our aim is to have satisfied and long term customer relationships. However we cannot accept responsibility for injury, crash damage or loss of models and related parts that may occur during the use of our products.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

On the rare occasion that there may be a fault with your purchase we will honor the manufacturers warranty period provided that the item was used for the intended purpose was not modified or tampered with in any way.

Kelletts Hobbies are unable to provide warranty for items that were not used as intended by the manufacturer. Crash damage, general wear and tear and damaged caused by mismatched accessories such as chargers, electronic devices etc are not covered.

Returns must be sent via insured mail at the cost of the purchaser and must be suitably packed to insure a damage free return delivery.

A number of Staff at Kelletts Hobbies are actively involved with Local Modelling Clubs and can advise you of the closest venue that may suit your interests.
